The Impulse has a lightweight vertical feed body, improved fire rate and integrated on/off switch. The Impulse also features the Smart Parts Max-Flo regulator that works on compressed air or CO2 and includes a Progressive rifled barrel.

Vision or the Blackheart can be added to any Impulse, before or after the sale. Smart Parts has taken the Impulse to a place no marker has ever been. Paint that will not be chopped. The Vision 'eye' allows the Impulse to fire only when a paintball is in the breech. This makes it virtually impossible to chop a ball, even when the marker is tilted straight to the side. Sensitivity is adjustable for different brands and colors of paint. A new mechanically cleaner board design allows for simple, one-touch wireless disassembly.
